We are proud to have successfully supported the Millenium Hotel Group over many years and we carry out the inspection and testing in 20% sections on an annual basis.

This ensures the hotel fully complies with its 5 Year entire installation electrical condition report obligations.

Emergency Lighting Certification (NICEIC)

We are responsible for the emergency lighting systems along with any repairs or upgrades.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

An extensive list of appliances means that careful planning, dedication and an ability to liaise successfully with hotel staff and guests is critical in order to complete this large task. We regularly complete portable appliance testing (PAT) for the hotel group which is completed on time and with little / no disruption.

A full asset list of appliances tested along with a PAT certificate is issued upon completion.

Electrical Installation to BS7671

Techniserve Ltd. Has been the first point of contact for any electrical installation / alteration work required for a number of years by the hotel group.

All installation work is certified by the NICEIC and complies fully with BS7671.
