This stunning development of 3 blocks rising to 14 floors high was due its 5 Year fixed wiring test and inspection (EICR / Electrical Installation Condition Report)

Techniserve Limited was entrusted with the task of testing, inspecting and certifying safety of hundreds of electrical circuits throughout this large residential complex.

Upon completion, a full set of NICEIC testing documentation was issued to the client complete with unique serial number for use with insurers and other legal requirements.

A retest date of 5 years was again recommended due to the type and usage of the electrical installation.

Our client was delighted with the minimum disruption and professionalism throughout the project.
